Specially used for UPVC corner cleaning including outer corner, top and bottom surface (including special shape surface), inner flat seam and weather strip corner.
Adopts two head: high automation and easy operation.
Mainly made up of frame, left head, right head, guild rail, CNC system, pneumatic system and locking device etc.
Whole frame adopts high-grade steel material: good intensity and rigidity.
Adopts imported linear guide rail to achieve long work life.
Every head adopts 8 pieces of cutters: external milling cutter, top and bottom grooving knife, top and bottom push-type grooving knife, top and bottom milling cutter and internal grooving knife.
External milling cutter: mainly used for cleaning outside corners, just input size of outside corners into control system.
Top and bottom grooving knife: used for top and bottom surface tumor cleaning.
Top and bottom push-type grooving knife: used for special shape profiles¡¯ top and bottom surface tumor cleaning. For normal profile, its function is same as top and bottom grooving knife.
Top and bottom milling cutter: mainly used for weather strip corners milling, it also can mill special surface of windows and doors¡¯ top surface.
Internal grooving knife: mainly used for inside corners cleaning, it also can clean top surface tumor.
